Die Jungs die uns bedient haben waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir hatten sogar ausversehen ein paar Schuhe zu viel mit genommen welche wir nicht bezahlt haben und dies stellte auch kein Problem da.

Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service gut. Beim letzten Mal hatte ich ein Problem mit dem linken Skischuh, der im Zehenbereich zu eng war und deshalb schmerzte. Ich hatte nur den rechten Schuh anprobiert. Da wir bereits etwas verspätet waren, wollte ich die Schuhe nicht mehr umtauschen. Beim Zurückgeben der Sachen meldete ich den Mangel. Ihr Mitarbeiter zeigte jedoch kein großes Interesse an meiner Beschwerde, weshalb ich sehr enttäuscht war. Ich hätte definitiv mehr erwartet.

My husband rented our skis from here, was always in touch with the team on WhatsApp and when we forgot the poles they immediately took care of it and we could picked them up at their ski school so we didn’t have to go back.
